Kuangmi offers a 12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY for all sports equipment purchased through

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling (e.g., violent pulling, high-temperature exposure)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, minor scratches)
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or products not purchased through official channels
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for reasons including incorrect size, quality issues, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags (for non-quality-related returns/exchanges).
- For all eligible returns/exchanges within the 30-day period, Kuangmi covers return shipping costs and provides a return label; customers do not bear any shipping or cross-border fees.
- Refunds will not deduct the original shipping cost (if applicable).
