Kuangmi offers a 12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY for all sports equipment purchased through kuangmisports.com, covering:

  • Functional malfunctions under normal use (e.g., adjustable system failure, compression loss)

1.2 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling (e.g., violent pulling, high-temperature exposure)
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, minor scratches)
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or products not purchased through official channels
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for reasons including incorrect size, quality issues, or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags (for non-quality-related returns/exchanges).
  • For all eligible returns/exchanges within the 30-day period, Kuangmi covers return shipping costs and provides a return label; customers do not bear any shipping or cross-border fees.
  • Refunds will not deduct the original shipping cost (if applicable).

2.2 Quality-Related Returns & Exchanges (Within 12 Months)

Customers may request free return or exchange if the product has confirmed manufacturing defects or functional failures within 12 months of receipt.

  • Items must be returned with photo or video evidence of the defect.
  • Kuangmi will cover all return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and related cross-border fees, and provide a return label for convenience.

3. International Return & Exchange Process

3.1 Request Submission

Contact customer service with your order information to initiate a return or exchange request. You can also email your request to info@kuangmisports.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]". Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., incorrect size, product defect)
  • Clear photos/videos (multiple angles, if it’s a quality issue)

3.2 Handling Procedure

Kuangmi will confirm the request and provide detailed return/exchange instructions within 12 hours on working days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC+8).

  • A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible requests, ensuring no additional shipping costs for customers.
  • After receiving the returned item, Kuangmi will inspect it within 5 business days and then proceed with:
    • Refund: Issued within 3 business days
    • Exchange/Replacement: Shipped within 3 business days, subject to inventory

3.3 Additional Notes

  • Processing time for international returns/exchanges may vary from 10 to 30 business days, depending on customs clearance efficiency in the destination country.
  • For returns/exchanges due to incorrect size, items must remain in unused and original condition to be eligible for free return/exchange services.

For all eligible returns/exchanges (including incorrect size, quality issues, or dissatisfaction) within 30 days of receipt:

  • Customers pay zero return shipping, customs duties, or import taxes
  • Kuangmi covers all cross-border logistics, clearance fees, and provides a return label
  • No hidden costs; refunds do not exclude the original shipping cost

For quality-related returns/exchanges or warranty claims within 12 months of receipt:

  • Kuangmi fully covers all associated costs, including return shipping, customs fees, and provides a return label for hassle-free service
